Annemarie Hussey
Director and Head of Family DepartmentAnnemarie is a qualified solicitor. Annemarie is a member of the Family Law Panel and Advanced Family Law Panel. Annemarie represents clients in all aspects of family law specialising in complex care proceedings representing parents. Annemarie is passionate about seeing the right outcomes for her clients and prides herself on her direct down to earth approach and commitment to the highest level of client service.
Natasha Martin
Chartered Legal Executive AdvocateNatasha is a Chartered Legal Executive Advocate. Natasha is a member of Resolution and a member of the advanced Family Law Panel. Natasha deals with a wide range of family matters including financial matters, disputes involving children, domestic violence and care proceedings. Natasha has extensive experience in representing parents in Court and obtaining protective injunctions. Natasha is a keen gardener and enjoys spending her time at home caring for her chickens and dogs.
Abbie Talbot
SolicitorAbbie has a wealth of experience in family law having working in family law since 2019. Abbie represents clients who have social services involvement, domestic abuse disputes and contact disputes. In addition Abbie undertakes advocacy work representing clients at Court. Abbie is a member of the Merseyside Junior Lawyers Division and regularly participates in charity fundraising events.
Danielle Nicole Stevens-Green
SolicitorDanielle has worked within family law since 2018 and has experience in private and public law. Danielle achieved a first class law degree in 2019 and completed her LPC in February 2022. Danielle qualified as a Solicitors in November 2023. Danielle takes a keen interest in domestic abuse protection cases and regularly represents her clients in Court for Non-Molestation Orders and Child Arrangements Orders. Prior to committing herself to her studies whilst working full time Danielle played cricket representing North Wales and Merseyside and was also the Cheshire Champion for boxing.
Jeni McHugh
Senior ParalegalJeni has extensive knowledge and experience in family law, having worked in the area since 2014. Jeni Specialises in care proceedings representing parents in both care proceedings and Pre-Proceedings. Jeni regularly attends Court to support her clients. Jeni is a friendly member of staff and has excellent client care being both compassionate and sympathetic in nature. Jeni is a valuable member of the family team.
Libby Wilding
ParalegalLibby has worked within family law since 2019. Libby graduated in June 2022 from Liverpool John Moores University with a First Class Honours in Law. Libby assists Natasha in both private and public law matters and often attends Court to support Counsel and clients at hearings. Libby is a pleasant and bubbly member of the team which excellent client care skills.
Joshua Riley
ParalegalJosh joined the firm in August 2021 after taking part in our Summer intern program. Josh graduated from Liverpool John Moore’s University with a law degree in 2021. Josh is an approachable and enthusiastic member of the team with excellent client care skills. Josh assists the public law team in the running of the Care Proceedings cases. Josh often attends Court to assist Counsel and clients to provide support.
Louise Sefton
Legal SecretaryLouise joined the firm in August 2021 after taking part in our Summer intern program. Louise graduated in June 2022 from Liverpool John Moores University with a degree in Law. Louise assists Natasha with both Private and Public law matters. Louise handles the teams legal aid applications and is well versed with the Legal Aid Agency criteria. Louise often attends court to offer support to both Counsel and our clients. Louise is calm and Level-headed member of the team.
Emma Kennedy
Legal SecretaryEmma joined the firm in May 2021 as a qualified legal secretary. Emma comes to us with a wealth of experience in family law having worked in previous firms as a legal secretary. Emma often assists on reception handling client enquires and telephone calls. Emma has a friendly and approachable manner, along with excellent client care skills.
Charlotte Fogg
Director of DevelopmentCharlotte is one of the owners of the firm working at the company since 2012. Charlotte represents parents in both Public and Private Law and specialises in domestic abuse protection. Charlotte is the director of Development and the Equality & the Diversity leaded for the company.
Andrea Fogg
Director and Office ManagerAndrea is one of the owners of the firm and is the Office Manager and Accounts Manager. Andrea graduated from the University of Liverpool achieving a degree with honours in Biochemistry. Andrea worked as a Senior Manager and finance analyst in the Civil Service for over 15 years. Andrea ensures the company is compliant with the SRA accounting regulations.
Amelia McFarlane
Legal AdministratorAmelia joined the firm in August 2023 following obtaining a 1st Class Law Degree at Liverpool John Moore’s University and is currently studying for her LPC. Amelia provides support to all the Family Law teams. Amelia enjoys travelling and speaks Spanish.
Holly Robinson
Legal AdministratorHolly completed a Summer Internship with us in 2022 impressing our team she was offered a position. Holly joined us in July 2023 following the completion of her Law Decree. Holly supports all the Family Law teams. Holly enjoys travelling and visiting her family in Florida.
Rebecca Clarke
ParalegalRebecca (Becky) joined Maria Fogg Family Law in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience in all aspects of Family Law. Becky works alongside Natasha’s team, assisting with Care Proceedings, Child Arrangements, and matters involving Domestic Abuse. Becky is known for her approachable manner, efficiency, and her dedication to supporting clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives.
Dipali Patel
ParalegalDipali became part of the Maria Fogg Family Law team in 2025, having gained extensive experience in Family Law over a number of years. Dipali assists Danielle with her cases, providing support across a wide range of matters including Care Proceedings, Child Arrangements, and Domestic Abuse. Dipali’s calm and empathetic approach ensures clients feel supported and understood throughout their case.
Lauren Newton
ParalegalLauren joined the firm in 2025 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Family Law. Working alongside Abbie, Lauren assists with Care Proceedings, Child Contact disputes, and Domestic Abuse matters. Lauren is committed to providing a professional and compassionate service, ensuring clients receive the best possible support and guidance.
