Current Vacancies
Maria Fogg Family Law is looking for an experienced Family Law Legal Secretary to join our well established firm in Huyton Village.
The prospective employee will be joining our successful progressive firm assisting with legally aided and privately funded family work. They will be performing secretarial functions for fee earners; preparing legal documents and/or general correspondence from handwritten, dictation or printed copies, maintain files and calendars, liaise with clients with an empathetic approach, schedule appointments and meetings, work with the team being a positive team player, opening new files, using LEAP case management system (full training can be given). There may be additional tasks requested. The role is very rewarding.
It is essential that the candidate has 12 months experience of working as a family law legal secretary.
Experience of using Leap is preferable, but training can be given.
The post is office based
